Job Role

  • Manage business operation of the Zone for Two Wheeler Loans andCross Sell.
  • Track and Manage Product Profitability (P&L) andportfolio.
  • Build and Manage Cluster Manager and Line team to ensureachievement of set business parameters. Ø P&L: Profitabilityalong with consistent Business growth Ø Business Parameters -Target penetration, Target Nos& Value, Target Cross Sell Ø Income Parameters - IRR,PF, Doc Charges, Insurance, Other HDB Product cross sell opportunity, TeamProductivity matrix. Ø Manage - PDD RC / OtherDocs. Ø Compliance
  • Manufacturer and Big dealer relationship.
  • Ensuring Smooth relationship with all stake holders (Ops,Credit, Policy team) Dealers.
  • Assessing training needs to accelerate team's performance.
  • Forecast, Target setting and drive business through Open Market,Branch Channels.
  • Team reviews, MIS
  • Introduce and Implement new marketing and sales promotioninitiatives for the region by coordinating with product team.Managing Weekly and Monthly MIS and Trackers Key Responsibilties
