Job Description

Zonal Investment Head is responsible for taking driving the investment target of the mapped geography to increase AUM for the Bank through a team of Regional Investment Heads • Lead and monitor the assessment of clients investment needs and help create an asset allocation plan, investment portfolio and financial solutions in partnership with the Channel Market Heads.

Overall Job Description

• Drive investment product business through mapped team and Channel across Mutual Funds, PMS, SGB, AIF etc.

• Manage a portfolio of HNI clients, retain and grow the relationships through effective management of investment portfolios and the ongoing evaluation of risk-adjusted performance

. • Educate clients and Channel RMs about risk profile, asset allocation and potential risk-reward on the portfolios

. • Drive penetration of client base for creating new investors, as well as help improve investment Gross & Net Sales from existing client base.

• Portfolio monitoring, rebalancing and detailed reviews on a periodic basis. • Research and analyze investments, strategies, and market conditions to determine which investment options are most appropriate.

• Leverage analytical ability, comprehensive fiscal knowledge, and customer service skills to help clients define and reach their financial goals.

• Drive and monitor increase in Investment Products productivity of Relationship Managers as per defined KRAs.

• Drive better client experience both by qualitative and quantitative subventions.

• Liaise with various stake holders within the Bank, as well as with external Asset Management firms.

EDUCATION

Essential requirement: Graduate Preferred:

• Post Graduate (MBA or equivalent) • NISM V-A and XXI-A certification. CFP/CFA (or equivalent) shall be an advantage.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential requirement: 15-18 Years Preferred: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Investments and Relationship Management, with excellent communication skills. Any specific requirements Desired Behavioral / Functional Traits

• Proven track record of driving sales growth in a high-growth environment

• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results • Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
