Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bhubaneswar, Orissa, for a Zoho CRM Implementation Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and customizing Zoho CRM based on client requirements, analyzing and enhancing business processes, and supporting sales-related initiatives. Additionally, the individual will provide consulting expertise, train end-users, and ensure system administration and integration to optimize CRM functionality and improve business productivity.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CRM Executive with hands-on experience in Zoho CRM implementation, maintenance, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer data, executing SMS and email marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth CRM operations to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Zoho CRM Implementation & Management
  • Implement, customize, and configure Zoho CRM as per business requirements
  • Manage modules, workflows, automation, and integrations
  • Ensure proper data flow and CRM optimization
  • CRM Maintenance
  • Regular monitoring, troubleshooting, and updates of CRM system
  • Maintain data accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency
  • Generate reports and dashboards for business insights
  • SMS Marketing
  • Plan and execute SMS campaigns for customer engagement and lead nurturing
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
  • Email Marketing
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Manage mailing lists, segmentation, and automation workflows
  • Track open rates, CTR, and campaign effectiveness
  • Data Management
  • Handle large sets of customer data with accuracy
  • Perform data cleaning, deduplication, and validation
  • Ensure data security and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in CRM management (preferably Zoho CRM)

Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automation

Experience in SMS & Email Marketing tools

Good understanding of data analytics and reporting

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Zoho Campaigns / Zoho Marketing Automation

Basic understanding of APIs and integrations

Prior experience in lead management and sales funnel optimization
