Project Role : IT Service Management Representative

Project Role Description : Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.

Summary:

As an IT Service Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery and smooth operation of IT production systems and services. This role requires continuous monitoring to ensure that infrastructure services remain available and reliable. The individual actively supports the service management lifecycle by coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain service quality and mitigate risks. Daily activities include managing operational support tasks to keep production systems and devices functioning optimally, while also addressing any issues that may impact service availability or client satisfaction. The role demands proactive engagement to uphold service standards and contribute to overall operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless service delivery and operational continuity.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance system reliability.
  • Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ab Initio.
  • Strong understanding of data integration and processing workflows using Ab Initio.
  • Experience in managing and troubleshooting production IT systems to ensure high availability.
  • Ability to analyze system performance and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Familiarity with IT service management principles and operational support best practices.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Ab Initio.
  • This position is based at our Indore office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
