Job Description

CIO Database Build & Management

  • Source, verify, and enrich CIO/ITDM contact profiles using LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Clay
  • Maintain the CIO 200 database in Zoho CRM — 5000 verified profiles, each with: verified email, LinkedIn URL, company, role, industry, geography, technology focus, tier classification
  • Run weekly new contact sourcing: minimum 1000 new verified contacts per week across priority geographies
  • Conduct quarterly persona refresh — update job titles, company changes, and priority flags for all 200 Tier 1/2/3 CIOs
  • Manage the Database Hygiene Agent outputs — review bounce reports, job change flags, and decay reports; take remediation actions

CIO Intelligence Briefs

  • Build and maintain a 1-page CIO Intelligence Brief for every Tier 1 CIO (top 50) — company priorities, recent LinkedIn activity, tech investments, news mentions, speaking history
  • Update Tier 1 briefs quarterly; update when a significant event occurs (new role, major company announcement, event registration)
  • Brief the CIO Relationship Manager weekly on the Top 10 CIOs flagged for action based on recent activity signals

Quarterly CIO Intelligence Report

  • Design the quarterly CIO Buying Priority Survey (15 questions) in collaboration with Team and the CIO Relationship Manager
  • Distribute the survey to the full CIO database via Brevo; chase responses; target 500+ responses per quarter by Phase 3
  • Compile secondary research from Gartner, IDC public reports, LinkedIn trending topics, and industry press
  • Work with the AI Research Agent to synthesise survey + secondary data into the quarterly report
  • Produce the final 12–15 page report; submit to GEC Editorial for review; publish on GEC Newswire

GEC Digital ABM Target Lists

  • From the quarterly CIO Intelligence Report, extract the Top 50 ABM Target Accounts per GEC Digital service line per region
  • Build account briefs for each ABM target: company overview, marketing tech stack indicators, event history with GEC, relevant contacts
  • Load all ABM accounts and contacts into Zoho CRM with correct tags; brief the GEC Digital Ops Executive on the quarter's target list

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B research, market intelligence, data analysis, or database management
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn — able to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for systematic prospecting
  • Strong attention to detail — data quality is the core output of this role
  • Excellent written English — produces research reports and briefs that are clear, structured, and professional
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) for data management
  • Ability to synthesise large amounts of information into clear, actionable intelligence

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience with Clay or similar B2B data platforms
  • Exposure to CRM systems — Zoho CRM preferred
  • Understanding of the B2B technology industry — familiarity with terms like cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML, digital transformation
  • Experience with survey design and analysis (Typeform, SurveySparrow, Google Forms)
  • Interest in AI tools and automation — willingness to work alongside AI agents
