Zoho CRM Developer / Zoho Automation Specialist (Deluge, APIs, AI, Integrations)

Company Overview

Grainville India is a fast-growing rice processing and export company with global buyers across the USA, Middle East, Africa, and Europe. We use the Zoho ecosystem extensively across sales, marketing, support, automation, and analytics, and are now looking to customize automate deeply, and scale our Zoho setup.

Job Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Zoho Developer / Automation Specialist who can design, customize, automate, and integrate Zoho applications end-to-end.This is not a basic CRM role. The candidate must be hands-on with Deluge scripting, APIs, workflows, integrations, dashboards, and AI features across Zoho apps.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Zoho CRM Advanced Customization

  • Advanced Zoho CRM customization (modules, layouts, fields, page layouts)
  • Writing Deluge scripts for workflows, validation rules, buttons, and functions
  • Building custom automation logic across sales pipelines
  • Dashboard creation & advanced personalization
  • Lead, deal, account, and contact lifecycle automation
  • CRM data hygiene, deduplication, and performance optimization

Zoho Desk & Support Automation

  • Configure and manage Zoho Desk
  • Ticket workflows, SLAs, assignment rules, escalations
  • Integrate Desk with CRM, SalesIQ, WhatsApp, and email
  • Custom views, reports, and dashboards
  • Automation using Deluge & blueprint workflows

Zoho SalesIQ & Chat Automation

  • Configure Zoho SalesIQ
  • Chat routing, bot flows, visitor tracking
  • Integration with CRM & Desk
  • Chat-based lead capture & automation
  • AI-driven chat & response optimization (where applicable)

WhatsApp API & Telephony Integration

  • Implement WhatsApp Business API with Zoho (via partners/tools)
  • WhatsApp templates, workflows, automation & CRM sync
  • Integrate Zoho PhoneBridge / Calling APIs
  • Call logging, tracking, and CRM linkage
  • Omnichannel communication setup (WhatsApp, chat, email, calls)

Zoho Marketing Automation & Campaigns

  • Manage Zoho Marketing Automation / Zoho Campaigns
  • Journey creation, lead scoring, segmentation
  • Email, WhatsApp, and multi-channel automation
  • Sync marketing data with CRM pipelines
  • Performance tracking & optimization

Zoho Forms, Writer & Canvas

  • Build advanced Zoho Forms with workflows & CRM integration
  • Create documents using Zoho Writer (templates, merge fields, automation)
  • Design and customize Zoho Canvas layouts for CRM UI/UX
  • Automate document generation (quotes, emails, reports)

Zoho People, Social & Other Apps

  • Configure Zoho People (basic HR workflows, if required)
  • Manage Zoho Social integrations with CRM & marketing
  • Use Zoho Analytics for advanced reporting & dashboards
  • Cross-app automation using Zoho Flow

APIs, Webhooks & Developer Tools

  • Work with Zoho APIs (CRM, Desk, Campaigns, SalesIQ, etc.)
  • Configure webhooks for real-time data sync
  • Third-party integrations (website, payment tools, marketing tools, WhatsApp providers)
  • Use Zoho Developer Console & tools
  • Debug, optimize, and maintain integrations

AI & Advanced Zoho Features

  • Implement and optimize Zia (Zoho AI) features
  • AI-based lead scoring, suggestions, and automation
  • Explore and deploy AI capabilities across Zoho apps
  • Continuously improve system intelligence and efficiency

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable)

  • Strong experience with Zoho CRM (advanced level)
  • Deluge scripting (must)
