We are looking for a sharp, execution-driven YouTube Manager (Associate) who can take complete ownership of our YouTube growth. This role is not just about uploading videos it's about building a high-performance content engine that drives reach, engagement, and conversions.

• Own end-to-end YouTube channel management
• Plan and execute content strategy aligned with business goals
• Optimize videos for SEO (titles, tags, thumbnails, descriptions)
• Analyze performance metrics (CTR, watch time, retention, impressions)
• Work closely with content, design, and growth teams
• Drive subscriber growth and organic reach
• Execute A/B testing on thumbnails, titles, and formats
• Manage publishing calendar and consistency
• Identify trends, viral formats, and growth opportunities
• Handle YouTube Studio, analytics, and basic automation workflows

• 0–2 years of experience managing or growing YouTube channels
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm and SEO
• Hands-on experience with YouTube Studio and analytics
• Basic understanding of thumbnails, hooks, and content psychology
• Ability to think in terms of growth, not just execution
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability
• Good communication and coordination skills

• Experience in EdTech / SaaS / Creator economy
• Knowledge of tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, or similar
• Basic video editing or thumbnail understanding
• Experience in running YouTube ads
