Key Responsibilities:
· Conceptualize and execute brand and product marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
· Develop go-to-market strategies for product launches and major sales events (Flipkart Big Billion Days, Amazon
Great India Festival, etc.).
· Lead social media strategy and creative ideation to drive engagement and brand awareness.
· Plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including creator partnerships and campaign execution.
· Conduct market and competitor research to develop insight-driven strategies.
· Collaborate with marketing, design, product and sales teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
· Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and consumer insights.
Core Skills & Qualifications
· Proven experience in creative campaign ideation and execution.
· Strong creative thinking paired with analytical and performance marketing skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
· Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven strategy.
· Demonstrated expertise in cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management.
· Strong understanding of consumer behavior, trends and competitive positioning.
· Hands-on experience in social media strategy, content planning and creative direction across platforms.
· Experience in influencer marketing, including creator identification, campaign collaboration and performance
tracking.
· Familiarity with modern AI tools for ideation, research and workflow optimization.
