Key Responsibilities

● Apply knowledge of Brain Gym, Vinyasa Yoga sequencing, and Tai Chi movement practices to support cognitive coordination, balance, and mindful movement in children.

● Design age-appropriate, non-invasive, and adaptive yoga intervention protocols aligned with screening outcomes and pediatric safety.

● Map yoga practices (asana, pranayama, relaxation, mindfulness) to screened physical, emotional, and cognitive parameters in children.

● Collaborate with the other domains to ensure holistic coherence across interventions.

● Create clear, child-friendly yoga scripts for each posture and sequence, including purpose, cues, precautions, and benefits.

● Own end-to-end video creation for yoga interventions, including:

Concept planning and sequencing

Script writing and voice-over guidance

Demonstration alignment and safety cues

Review and refinement for child comprehension

● Ensure all yoga content is inclusive, culturally sensitive, non-competitive, and developmentally appropriate.

● Continuously refine interventions based on feedback, outcomes, and re-screening data.

Eligibility Criteria

● MSc in Yoga / Yoga Therapy / Yogic Sciences from a recognized institution.

● 2–5 years of experience in teaching or applying yoga for health, wellness, or therapeutic settings.

● Practical knowledge of Brain Gym exercises, Vinyasa Yoga sequencing, and Tai Chi movement practices is preferred.

● Experience working with children, adolescents, or school wellness programs will be an advantage.
