We are seeking an MSc Yoga professional (2–5 years experience) to join our team and help in the design and execution of yoga-based interventions for children and adolescents (8–18 years). The role focuses on mapping yogic practices to physical, psychological, and cognitive screening outcomes, and translating them into safe, child-friendly, and personalized intervention journeys, supported by high-quality instructional video content.
Key Responsibilities
● Apply knowledge of Brain Gym, Vinyasa Yoga sequencing, and Tai Chi movement practices to support cognitive coordination, balance, and mindful movement in children.
● Design age-appropriate, non-invasive, and adaptive yoga intervention protocols aligned with screening outcomes and pediatric safety.
● Map yoga practices (asana, pranayama, relaxation, mindfulness) to screened physical, emotional, and cognitive parameters in children.
● Collaborate with the other domains to ensure holistic coherence across interventions.
● Create clear, child-friendly yoga scripts for each posture and sequence, including purpose, cues, precautions, and benefits.
● Own end-to-end video creation for yoga interventions, including:
Concept planning and sequencing
Script writing and voice-over guidance
Demonstration alignment and safety cues
Review and refinement for child comprehension
● Ensure all yoga content is inclusive, culturally sensitive, non-competitive, and developmentally appropriate.
● Continuously refine interventions based on feedback, outcomes, and re-screening data.
Eligibility Criteria
● MSc in Yoga / Yoga Therapy / Yogic Sciences from a recognized institution.
● 2–5 years of experience in teaching or applying yoga for health, wellness, or therapeutic settings.
● Practical knowledge of Brain Gym exercises, Vinyasa Yoga sequencing, and Tai Chi movement practices is preferred.
● Experience working with children, adolescents, or school wellness programs will be an advantage.
