Role Overview
The Operations Manager – Online Courses will own the day-to-day execution of Drishti's online courses vertical across UPSC and State PCS programmes. This is a high-accountability role requiring both process discipline and cross-functional coordination — working with content, tech, marketing, student support, and centre teams to ensure the online courses machine runs without friction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operations of live and recorded online courses — scheduling, delivery, content upload, and post-delivery support.
- Build and maintain a master operations calendar for all online batches across UPSC and PCS verticals.
- Coordinate between Studio Managers (across centres), faculty, and tech/app team to ensure smooth delivery.
- Define and enforce SOPs for class scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation communication etc.
- To track deliverables and define process ownership for the same.
- Support new batch launches — coordinate logistics from announcement to first session and track the same throughout the course.
- Build dashboards and report on operations health to the Online Courses Head on a weekly basis.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any field (Operations background preferred)
- 1–3 years in EdTech operations, program management, or service delivery roles
- Strong Excel / Sheets skills; exposure to project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana)
- Proven experience coordinating across multiple teams and locations
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in an online coaching or test-prep company
- Understanding of UPSC / PCS exam calendar and student lifecycle
- Ability to write clear SOPs and process documentation in Hindi/English
- Calm under pressure; strong follow-through and accountability
