Key Responsibilities

As the CEO, you will be responsible for the overall success of the business, encompassing the following areas:

  • Strategic Leadership Vision

  • Lead the development of corporate strategies, identifying opportunities for market penetration, diversification, and expansion.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior, and technological advancements to ensure the business is future ready.
  • Manufacturing Operational Efficiency
  • Oversee and optimize the entire manufacturing process, from raw material sourcing to final product delivery, ensuring topnotch quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and lean practices to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance output.
  • Ensure all operational activities comply with industry standards and environmental regulations.
  • Trading Business Development
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for both domestic and international markets, leveraging a deep understanding of the edible oil trading landscape.
  • Explore and capitalize on new market opportunities, creating a robust trading network and optimizing supply chain operations.
  • Build strategic partnerships and alliances with key industry players, retailers, and distributors.
  • Stakeholder Regulatory Management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, suppliers, distributors, and investors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
  • Act as the companyepresentative in public forums, trade shows, and with government bodies, strengthening the brandpresence and credibility.
  • Financial Operational Governance
  • Lead the organizationfinancial planning, budgeting, and performance review processes, ensuring fiscal responsibility and profitability.
  • Provide oversight for PL management, ensuring growth targets are met while controlling costs and maximizing resource utilization.
  • Make data-driven decisions to scale the business sustainably, leveraging financial insights and market analysis.
  • Leadership Team Development
  • Build and lead a high performing executive team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Mentor and develop key leaders across the organization to ensure seamless succession planning and leadership continuity.

Required Skills Qualifications

  • 20-25 years of experience in the Edible Oil industry, with significant exposure to manufacturing, trading, and stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in leading large-scale manufacturing operations and driving organizational growth in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of the domestic and international edible oil markets, including evolving consumer preferences, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscapes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business strategies that align with the companyvision for growth and market leadership.
  • Expertise in PL management, financial analysis, and budgeting, with a history of driving profitability and revenue growth.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including government authorities, suppliers, and investors.
  • Strong ethical compass, with a commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility.
