X Community Associate (Remote)

About the Role

We're looking for a highly curious and self-driven college student who is deeply active on X (Twitter) and interested in AI, automation, and content creation.

You'll work closely with a creator (50K+ LinkedIn audience) to build and grow the X presence for AI For Careeran initiative focused on helping people use AI to grow in their careers.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, ideal for someone who wants to learn how content, distribution, and audience-building actually work.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule posts on X (tweets, threads, replies)
• Engage with top creators through thoughtful replies
• Respond to comments and build conversations
• Identify trends, formats, and viral hooks
• Experiment with different content styles and iterate

Who We're Looking For

• 1st or 2nd year college student (preferred)
• Actively uses X (Twitter) daily
• Strong interest in AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, automation)
• Enjoys writing, observing content, and experimenting
• Curious, consistent, and self-motivated

This Role Is Not For You If

• You're looking for a passive or low-effort role
• You need constant instructions to get started
• You're not interested in content or AI
