Workplace Experience Coordinator

You will learn to understand their wants and needs in order they feel valued, looked after and are able to work in an inclusive and productive environment.

This role will best suit an individual that wants to work autonomously but be part of a wider team and is comfortable managing a small but diverse workplace

You are the Go-To person for all questions and requests, supporting Ripplers with even the smallest task. You will be expected to carry out a large range of tasks throughout the day/week/month:

• Ensure every employee feel welcome. Their needs are taken care of in a fun, friendly and professional manner at all times
• Utilises technology to assist in room booking, reserving amenities, guest arrival and any other need a Rippler may have throughout their day
• Ensuring a presentable and inviting workplace
• Dealing with guests and colleagues enquiries
• Providing Technical support (soft first line of support)
• Support planned and pop-up events across the building
• Create opportunities to provide surprise & delight in your workplace
• Be knowledgeable about site/neighborhood specific wellbeing information and resources
• Ensuring the meeting rooms are set-up within their area and kept clean and tidy after each use
• Work with WeWork to report and manage all building related issues
• Be the point of contact for all vendors for delivery of planned and reactive works, office consumables and parcels
• Produce a monthly Newsletter and Weekly update
