Position Overview
Your job as a Strategist & Change Manager is to lead clients and partner with our Design Teams to create and deliver transformative workplace experiences for projects across India and the region.
As a Workplace Strategist, it will be your job to lead a Project Team as you observe, assess and address our clients workplaces and their functionality; come up with innovative and thoughtful workplace strategies; then communicating your recommendations to both client and project teams, all with the objective of improving design quality, workplace performance, and ensuring alignment with our client's business goals. This role requires you to work independently, managing projects from start to finish and some travel across India to meet client demands. This role demands rigorous thinking, structured problem-solving and strong client management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and change management efforts on projects, confidently managing client expectations and decision making
- Provide recommendations with respect to workplace planning, design, architecture, wellness and sustainability
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop occupancy plans and planning studies
- Design and deliver change management programmes that help clients understand, adopt and embed new ways of working
- Prepare findings and briefs that translate large quantities of information into concise and visual recommendations
- Research and analyze shifts and trends in work behaviors — globally and within India — to develop and improve recommendations with respect to the physical, digital and social workplaces
- Take initiative to research the development and application of new tools that assess, measure and enhance performance and related human and organisational topics
- Support business development efforts by providing materials demonstrating the value-add strategy brings to the firm's efforts
Job Requirements
In this position, we are looking for a Strategist who is passionate about workplace strategy and change management. You must be someone who loves uncovering unique solutions to complicated problems; who is comfortable with ambiguity; has strong client management skills; can work with minimal supervision or guidance; and can independently lead a project from discovery through to delivery.
Qualifications & Key Competencies
- Minimum of 6 years working in a similar role within an AEC, real estate advisory or management consulting environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, Organisational Psychology, Business or a related field
- CCMP, PROSCI or other change management certification is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in areas of Organisational Analysis; Human Behaviour Analysis; Data Analysis; Strategic Planning & Alignment; Change Management
- Understanding of space densities and density planning
- Comfortable with technology for virtual collaboration and mobile work
- Knowledge of softwares such as PowerBI, surveymonkey, excel etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication, strong interpersonal and influencing skills, customer service driven, detail oriented and with excellent analytical skills
- Based in Bangalore with willingness to travel to project sites across India and the region
