In this role, we are looking for IT - Project Manager, who have good knowledge and experience on Experience in global IT Infrastructure and end user computing
- Moderate physical/virtual/hybrid meetings in English with varied group of stakeholders
- Collect requirements and analyses data received from business
- Effectively and efficiently communicate with key stakeholders within IT and Business units via Email. Phone, and collaboration tools (a.o. MsTeams)
- Support stakeholders from local IT with all details needed in purchase orders creation and project implementation
- Analyze business needs with the help of IT stakeholders and coordinate vendors and internal resources to produce and implement technical solution
- Perform structuring (WBS, Action plan, RACI, deliverables), coordination, communication, and documentation activities
- Document project deliverable according to internal PM methodology
- Orchestrate, Coordinate, Track and Drive follow-through of activities according to agreed plan and business objectives
- Conduct Risk assessment and mitigation
- Manage escalation to ITTO issues that cannot be resolved by activity team
- Provide management summary reporting on status, action plans and issues via Email, Powerpoint, Excel & other relevant tools
- Work in multiple parallel activities with different schedules, durations and deadlines, delivering tangible results while balancing priorities across different activities on daily basis
- Support transformation of IT services with activities like scoping workshop moderation and A-Z change coordination
Required Experience
- Experience in Enterprise Voice implementation projects
- Experience in managing large projects (worldwide)
- Experience in global IT Infrastructure and end user computing
- At least 5 years in project management
- 3+ years of BU or BU-facing experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving.
- A Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in defining user experience journey specifically in the context of infrastructure projects - nice to have
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
- GxP-regulated industry experience is an asset.
