Job Summary:
We are looking for a Manager with expertise in WFM Integration to join the Human Capital Advisory team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a leading global professional services organization. The individual will support WFM client engagements across geographies. In this role, the individual will have an opportunity to work across several projects, utilizing their knowledge and experience of the WFM Integration. The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with onsite engagement teams and clients.
As a partner resource implementing UKG Pro WFM Integrations, you are an extension of the UKG delivery team responsible for high- quality customer implementations of our award-winning UKG Dimensions solution. Our implementation partners are accountable for all phases of the customer's
implementation lifecycle. The partner resource must have exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and consulting skills experience with knowledge of workforce management concepts and
regulations to be accepted into the program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support client projects leveraging deep knowledge and understanding of Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Labor Scheduling and other components of Workforce management processes and systems.
• Demonstrated technical proficiencies in Work Force Management; take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex global WFM client challenges
• Work on client projects as part of a global distributed team. Ensure quality of all work outputs, timeliness, and accuracy of content.
• Lead teams in full life cycle activities for WFM systems (Discovery, Design,
Configuration, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration and Postproduction
support)
• Ensure quality of all work outputs, timeliness, and accuracy of content. Be recognized as a subject matter expert in one or more areas in the WFM domain.
• Support development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to build and enhance WFM offering within the practice
• Drive effective client communication, cadence, and build relations with client and project team counterparts across global locations. Ensure to obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
• Perform role of counsellor and coach; define and set goals; conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing development of the team
Qualification:
• 1-3 years prior experience in SQL Database Programming (MS Transact SQL, Relational Databases)
• Boomi Professional Developer Certified
• Minimum 2 years quality assurance testing experience
• Ability to conceptualize and execute solutions for customers within the confines of the project timeline.
• Understanding of FTP and file transfer technologies including encryption
• Excellent consulting skills with attention to detail and ability to proactively manage risk
• Excellent analysis, change control, task management, and time management skills
• Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
• Organized, detail oriented, accurate, responsive and results driven
• Understand data mapping and specification documentation
• Customer-focused, positive, and professional attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High energy and self-motivation
• Project management experience is preferred
• Presentation skills to communicate change strategies and recommendations resulting from analysis
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in order to meet strict deadlines

• Analytical abilities and knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Expertise in process mapping and documentation using Visio and other tools
