Job Description-

The Workday Senior Analyst will partner with DT and business team to plan, design, deploy, & execute HR solutions focusing on Workday, HR Data, Interfaces, Digital Transformation.

This role will enhance Workday(HRIS) and Interface systems and implement configuration and workflow improvements and automate manual activities.

Create and maintain documentation for cloud solutions and infrastructure.

Monitor and troubleshoot issues with cloud infrastructure.

Ensure security and compliance of cloud infrastructure.

Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in cloud computing.

Skills:

· 5 plus years of experience in Software Implementation and Business support with 4 years of experience with implementing/supporting Workday platform

· Strong Workday configuration experience within core HCM

· Experience in Workday Studio integrations building from requirements as well as maintaining existing Studio integrations.

· Sound understanding of Workday delivered connectors and ability to troubleshoot issues with the connectors is key.

· Develop Integration solutions utilizing Workday studio, Workday core connectors, BIRT and XSLTs.

· Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). · Must work well with a global team.

Education:

Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer science or equivalent
