About the Role

We are looking for a Workday Integration Consultant with strong experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Finance, and third-party applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Orchestrate, along with a strong understanding of integration architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations to support business requirements

• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Workday Web Services

• Develop and support PECI, PICOF, CCB, CCW, and other Workday-delivered integration frameworks

• Configure and support Workday Orchestrate solutions to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency

• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and external vendors to gather requirements and design scalable solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, production incidents, and data-related challenges

• Perform integration testing, regression testing, and deployment activities

• Support Workday bi-annual releases and assess impact on existing integrations

• Create technical design documents, integration specifications, and support documentation

• Ensure integration security, performance, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards

Required Skills

• 3 to 10 years of Workday integration experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio

• Experience with Workday Orchestrate

• Experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

• Experience with Core Connectors (CCB, CCW)

• Experience with PECI and PICOF integrations

• Strong knowledge of Workday Web Services, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs

• Experience with XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and web service technologies

• Experience integrating Workday with payroll, benefits, identity management, and third-party applications

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Workday Integration Certification

• Experience working on global Workday implementations and AMS engagements

• Experience with Workday Extend and Workday Prism Analytics

• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies

• Experience supporting multi-country HR and Payroll integrations
