We at Coforge hiring Senior Workday Integration Developer/ Consultant is a highly skilled professional responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations that meet the specific needs of the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday's integration capabilities, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage complex projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Senior Workday Integration Developer/ Consultant with proven expertise in Workday integrations, configuration, and system optimization. Exposure to Workday Orchestrate would be desire
- Deep knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST)
- Strong background in API development, data architecture, and Workday reporting tools (BIRT, Calculated Fields, Report Writer
- Experience with Workday security frameworks, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and data governance
- Workday integrations certifies is a must
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant Workday solutions aligned with business objective
- Experience integrating Workday with payroll and time & attendance systems, preferably in the APAC context with knowledge of local payroll compliance (e.g., Single Touch Payroll, superannuation)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issue
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work collaboratively across HR, Payroll, IT, and vendor team
- Experience with tools for integration version control and automated testing (Swagger, GitLab, Dynatrace, Selenium) is preferred
- Strategic thinker with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Collaborative workshop facilitator and consensus builder
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and compliance
- Proactive in knowledge transfer and maintaining technical documentation, including integration specifications, data mapping, and process flows
- Adaptable to evolving technology and regulatory environment
