Job Summary

The Sr. Consultant role is pivotal in delivering Workday solutions focusing on Workday HCM and technical reports. With 6 to 8 years of experience the candidate will work in a hybrid model contributing to projects in the Hi-Tech and Finance & Accounting domains. This role requires expertise in Workday technologies to enhance business processes and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Workday HCM solutions to optimize human resource processes and improve organizational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design Workday reports that meet business needs.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend Workday-based solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise in Workday configuration integration and reporting to ensure seamless system functionality.
  • Conduct thorough testing of Workday solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability before deployment.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues to maintain system performance.
  • Facilitate user training sessions to enhance understanding and utilization of Workday features.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and features to leverage new functionalities for business advantage.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align Workday solutions with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Workday system by implementing best practices and protocols.
  • Document technical specifications and project deliverables to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of Workday solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Workday processes and methodologies within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Workday HCM and technical reporting with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Demonstrate experience in the Finance & Accounting and Hi-Tech domains enhancing the relevance of Workday solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a solid understanding of Workday integration and configuration to support complex business requirements.
  • Show proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
  • Display effective communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
