As a Workday Finance Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and implementation support for Workday Finance. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial processes, configure Workday solutions to meet their needs, and ensure a smooth deployment and implementation.
Requirements:
- 48 years of experience as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant with a proven record of successful implementations.
- Workday Finance certification (R2R) and strong expertise in modules like Business Assets, Banking Settlement, Expenses, and Budgets.
- Hands-on experience with full implementation lifecycle including data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Strong understanding of Workday Finance best practices, business processes, and reporting (calculated fields are a plus).
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferences:
- Additional certifications in modules such as Business Assets, Banking Settlement, Expenses, Budgets are highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
