Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Finance Functional Consultant (R2R) to support end-to-end implementation and configuration of Workday Financial Management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to understand finance processes, translate requirements into system configurations, and ensure successful deployment of Workday Finance modules across the Record-to-Report lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Workday Finance R2R implementations across client engagements
- Gather business requirements and configure Workday Finance modules accordingly
- Work on Financial Accounting, Business Assets, Banking Settlement, Expenses, and Budgets
- Support full implementation lifecycle including data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support
- Ensure adherence to Workday Finance best practices and standard business processes
- Develop and support finance reports; knowledge of calculated fields is a plus
- Act as a client-facing consultant, managing stakeholders and ensuring delivery quality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 36 years of experience as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant
- Workday Finance R2R Certification (mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in configuration and implementation
- Proven experience in at least one full Workday Finance implementation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
