Location: Delhi NCR / Hyderabad (Hybrid 3 days from office mandatory)

What we're looking for:

5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration in at least 2 modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, etc.)

3+ years of experience in HR core processes like payroll, tax, benefits, and recruiting

Total 10+ years of overall experience

Proven record of delivering impactful system enhancements

**Lead Workday Specialist**

Your skills should include:

35 years of Workday configuration across 2+ modules

2+ years of case management & Level 2 support

Ability to translate business needs into powerful HR system solutions

Strong test execution and analytical skills

Total 5+ years of overall experience
