Job Description

  • Workday core HR, Payroll knowledge Must
  • At least 4-5 years experience in Workday Support
  • Experience in Core HR, Payroll Business process of Workday
  • Good exposure of UK legislation and Payroll
  • Good to have : SAP Payroll, OM and PA Module experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with Business to understand the requirement and check the available business process in Workday and suggest the suitable options.
  • Should be able to make required changes in across the Workday Landscape (Dev to Prd Tenants)
  • Managing delivery expectations and timely response in all engagements.
  • Acting as the go-to-person for the service transition expertise in the region.
  • Managing third party delivery in support of Service readiness activities and OAC compliance.
  • To support, manage and estimate change and/or support services.
  • To Assess Functional Specs and to provide an impact assessment.
  • To ensure and estimate the cost and effort involved in providing change and support.
  • Assist with the development of fit for purpose system enhancements and solutions in conjunction with UK based support teams
  • To manage incidents and problems through to resolution and apply UK based processes for changes.
  • Follow appropriate processes and standards as defined by UK based support team.
