Workday Consultant

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to support the development, testing, deployment, and production support of Workday inbound and outbound integrations tailored to NCR s internal systems and external applications.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations (inbound and outbound) for various internal and external systems.

• Lead integration architecture and design efforts, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:5-7 years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations and reporting tools, including:

• Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, EIB, XSLT, XML Packaged Connectors, Advanced Studio, and SOAP Web Services.
• 5+ years of experience working with Workday functional modules such as HCM, US Payroll, External Payroll, and Recruiting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
