Job Description

Role Overview

The Workday Configurator will support configuration and ongoing maintenance of Workday modules in line with business and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday modules (Core HCM and related functional areas)
• Translate business requirements into system configurations
• Support testing activities (unit testing, UAT support)
• Troubleshoot configuration-related issues and provide ongoing support
• Collaborate closely with client managers and functional stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience in Workday configuration
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes
• Experience working with large enterprise clients
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
