We are looking for a Senior Pega Developer with strong hands-on experience in building and delivering enterprise-grade Pega applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable BPM and case management solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using best practices and guardrails
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega solutions (design → development → deployment)
- Build and configure workflows, case types, decision rules, UI components, and integrations
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure application quality through unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
- Integrate Pega with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, and microservices
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and solution design workshops
Key Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Pega development
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Pega PRPC / Pega Platform (7.x / 8.x)
- Case Management, BPM, Decisioning
- Pega rules (flows, activities, data transforms, decision tables)
- Experience with Pega frameworks (e.g., Customer Service, Smart Dispute, Sales Automation) is a plus
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design and application architecture
- Experience in system integrations (REST, SOAP, Kafka, or messaging systems)
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Certifications (Preferred)
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)
