• Cloud Expertise AWS
• Data integration & management / ETL Experience - Database management platforms like Salesforce
• Integration Support Mulesoft
• Customer collaboration & ITSM Tools - Service Now, Workiva, Teams, Jira
• Expertise in Using Industry Tools - Freshworks, Tableau, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Teams, etc
