Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Consultant with strong expertise in building and managing integrations within the Workday ecosystem. The candidate should have experience delivering multiple Workday implementation projects across HCM or Financials modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations
- Work across technical workstreams in multiple Workday implementations
- Integrate Workday with external systems using APIs and integration tools
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and solution designs
- Participate in implementation phases including design, build, testing, and deployment
- Support integration troubleshooting and optimization
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations
- Experience delivering 3+ Workday implementations
- Experience working across multiple implementation phases
- Strong understanding of Workday integration architecture
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with at least 3 of the following technologies:
- Web Services (REST / SOAP)
- XML
- XSLT
- Workday Studio
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Workday Cloud Connect
Additional Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to mentor and support junior team members
- Experience with tools such as Notepad++, Oxygen XML, UltraEdit, AQT, ASAP Utilities
