Role Description

We are seeking a Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant for a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru. The consultant will design, implement, and support Workday HCM solutions for clients, focusing on enhancing human capital and HR processes. Responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, configuring employee benefit plans, providing consultation services, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role requires frequent collaboration with stakeholders and may allow partial remote work, depending on the project needs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) and a deep understanding of Human Capital concepts
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) operations and Employee Benefits management
• Prior experience in delivering consulting services in a professional capacity
• Strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Workday HCM configuration and implementation is highly desirable
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional on-site meetings in Bengaluru
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
