Job Description

KRA (Key Responsibility Areas)

  • Lead Workday Absence & Time Tracking module delivery
  • Handle AMS (Application Maintenance Support) + Implementation
  • Client interaction & requirement gathering
  • Manage team & act as escalation point
  • Oversee deployment, testing & post-production support
  • Drive process improvements & solution design
  • Mentor team members and manage workload

Skills Required

Mandatory:

  • Workday HCM
  • Workday Absence module
  • Workday Time Tracking

Strong Advantage:

  • AMS / Production Support experience
  • Client-facing experience
  • Team handling / leadership experience
  • Integration knowledge (REST / SOAP APIs)
  • Experience in HRMS tools (Oracle / PeopleSoft)
