Your missions:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for Workday HCM implementations.
- Configure Workday modules (Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, etc.) according to client specifications.
- Participate in workshops and client meetings to define functional processes.
- Develop and execute test scenarios to validate Workday solutions.
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Document functional designs and user guides.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integrations.
- Train end-users and deliver knowledge transfer sessions.
Your profile:
- Experience in Workday HCM functional consulting.
- Experience with configuration and deployment of Workday modules.
- Academic background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
- English fluent.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
