Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Workday Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
This role will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to ensure Workday processes are scalable, compliant, efficient, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years ofWorkday consulting or HRIS functional experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Workday HCM implementations and support.
- Deep understanding of HR operations including Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation and Talent processes.
- Experience with Workday reporting, analytics, and integrations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Workday Functional Configuration & Support- Configure, implement, and support Workday modules including:
- Core HCM
- Benefits Administration

- Manage and enhance employee lifecycle processes from hire-to-retire.
- Support Workday Business Process Framework (BPF) configuration, validation rules, approvals, and condition logic.
- Provide day-to-day production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Advanced Workday Capabilities
- Support and optimize Workday Talent and performance management solutions.
- Configure and manage Peakon for employee engagement and experience insights.
- Develop and support custom applications using Workday Extend.
- Support contingent workforce and vendor management integrations through VNDLY.
- Utilize Workday Prism Analytics to create dashboards, reporting insights, and data models. System Administration & Integrations
- Maintain Workday tenants across environments (Production, Sandbox, Implementation).
- Manage security administration including:
- Role-based access
- Domain and business process security policies
- Data privacy controls
- Support integrations between Workday and third-party systems such as:
- Payroll providers
- Benefits vendors
- ATS platforms
- Finance and ERP systems
- Coordinate Workday releases, regression testing, and deployment of enhancements.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Partnership
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to deliver effective Workday solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations and process improvements.
- Support recruiting and onboarding workflows from requisition through hire and employee setup.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing functional guidance. Reporting, Compliance & Data Governance
- Develop and maintain Workday reports including:
- Standard reports
- Advanced reports
- Composite reports
- Dashboards and audits
- Ensure system data integrity, compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits and compliance reporting needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Certifications (Highly Preferred)
- Experience supporting global or multi-country Workday deployments.
- Exposure to Workday Extend, Prism, Peakon, and VNDLY is a strong plus.
