Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Workday Reporting Consultant to support Workday HR and Payroll go-live and post-go-live stabilization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday Reporting and be able to deliver high-quality reporting solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and Discovery Boards.
2. Build Advanced, Matrix, Composite Reports, and Calculated Fields.
3. Support Workday go-live, post-go-live activities, and reporting enhancements.
4.Perform data validation and reconciliation across HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Compensation.
5.Develop audit, compliance, and leadership reports.
6.Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders.
7.Ensure data security and compliance with Workday reporting standards.
Required Skills:
1.10+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Workday Reporting.
2.Hands-on experience with Advanced, Matrix, Composite Reports, Discovery Boards, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.
3.Experience with Workday implementations, go-live, and post-go-live support.
4.Strong knowledge of HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Compensation, and the Workday Security Model.
5.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
1.Workday Reporting Certification.
2.Workday PRISM Certification or hands-on PRISM experience.
3.Experience with Workday Integrations and enterprise-wide Workday implementations.
