Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday modules (Core HCM and related functional areas)
- Translate business requirements into system configurations
- Support testing activities (unit testing, UAT support)
- Troubleshoot configuration-related issues and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate closely with client managers and functional stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in Workday configuration
- Strong understanding of HCM business processes
- Experience working with large enterprise clients
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
