Support functional testing, UAT, and go-live support.
Prepare user documentation and training materials.
Ensure solutions align with HR business processes and compliance requirements.
Technical Responsibilities:
Design and develop technical components including Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Integrations using OIC or Web Services.
Perform data migration, system integrations, and custom report development.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes/enhancements.
Collaborate with developers and external vendors to deliver technical solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HRIS, or related field.
4–8 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle EBS HCM modules.
Strong knowledge of both functional HR domains and technical development.
Hands-on experience with tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration platforms (OIC preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Preferred Skills:
Oracle Cloud HCM Certification(s).
Experience with Fusion HCM implementations or upgrades.
Knowledge of security roles and data access management in Oracle HCM.
Good understanding of payroll localization (if applicable).
