We are seeking an experienced Workday Compensation & Advanced Compensation professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing compensation processes within Workday, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Workday compensation modules to streamline compensation processes.
- Analyze and interpret compensation data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure alignment of compensation strategies with business goals.
- Support the implementation and configuration of Advanced Compensation features in Workday.
- Conduct regular audits of compensation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Provide training and support to HR team members on compensation tools and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-12 years of experience in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules.
- Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices.
- Proficient in Workday reporting and analytics tools.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
