We're seeking an experienced Workday Architect with expertise in Workday technologies specifically Workday Orchestrate, Workday Studio, and Workday Integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Workday solutions that align with evolving business needs
- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Orchestrate and Workday Studio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure end-to-end data integrity
- Optimize existing integrations to improve performance and scalability
- Stay up to date on Workday releases and leverage new features
- Document integration processes and provide stakeholder updates
- Align Workday architecture with broader IT and organizational goals
Skill Requirements:
- 68 years of hands-on Workday experience, with deep knowledge of Workday Orchestrate & Studio
- Proven success in delivering complex Workday integrations
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience working in hybrid environments
- A proactive mindset and passion for leveraging Workday technology to solve real business problems
