telecaller acts as the primary voice of a company, initiating outbound calls or handling inbound queries to sell products, generate leads, or provide customer service. They are responsible for meeting call quotas, maintaining CRM records, and resolving customer queries, requiring strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
