Telecaller is responsible for initiating outbound calls or handling inbound inquiries to promote products, services, or generate sales leads. They engage potential and existing customers to explain offerings, address queries, and achieve sales targets. Key skills include excellent communication, persuasion, and maintaining accurate, detailed customer records in CRM systems. Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calling: Making cold/warm calls to prospects to generate leads or sell products.Inbound Support: Answering incoming calls to assist customers and address inquiries.Customer Engagement: Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.Lead Follow-up: Nudging prospects through the sales funnel and scheduling follow-ups.Data Management: Updating and maintaining accurate customer interaction records in the CRM.Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly calling and sales quotas. Requirements & Skills:Communication: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.Persuasion: Strong ability to persuade and influence, handling rejection effectively.Languages: Proficiency in required languages (e.g., local languages/Hindi/English).Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, tele-sales, or customer support is often preferred.Education: High school diploma or equivalent is generally required.
