telecaller makes or receives telephone calls to promote products, generate leads, or provide customer support, aiming to achieve sales targets and build client relationships. They are responsible for following scripts, recording accurate customer information in CRM systems, resolving queries, and maintaining high-quality interaction standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound/Inbound Calling: Conducting cold calls to prospects, nurturing leads, and handling incoming queries.Sales & Promotion: Persuading customers to purchase products or services, and closing sales.Data Management: Updating and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, conversations, and contact details in the database.Customer Support: Addressing customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions.Target Achievement: Meeting daily/monthly call volume and sales targets. Required Skills and QualificationsCommunication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in local language/English.Sales & Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills to influence decisions and overcome objections.Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.Soft Skills: Active listening, patience, resilience, and adaptability to handle varied customer attitudes.Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
