telecaller job involves making/receiving phone calls to generate sales leads, provide customer service, or gather information by connecting with potential/existing clients, requiring strong communication, persuasion, and record-keeping to meet targets while ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and updating CRM systems. They act as the company's voice, influencing customers to enter the sales funnel or resolve problems.
Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calls: Contacting prospects to promote products/services, generate interest, and book appointments.Inbound Calls: Handling customer calls, answering questions, and resolving complaints.Lead Management: Following up on leads, nurturing them, and passing qualified opportunities to sales teams.Customer Engagement: Building relationships, understanding needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience.Data Management: Accurately recording interactions, updating customer information in the CRM, and maintaining databases.Target Achievement: Working to meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales and call volume goals.
