telecaller job involves making and receiving calls to communicate with customers and prospects, providing information about products or services, generating leads, resolving inquiries, and achieving sales or service goals. Responsibilities include making outbound promotional calls, handling inbound customer support, documenting interactions, and meeting targets, all requiring strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calls: Initiating calls to potential or existing customers to promote products, explain features, or follow up on previous contacts. Inbound Calls: Handling incoming calls from customers to answer questions, address complaints, and provide support. Lead Generation & Sales: Identifying and qualifying potential customers, persuading them to make purchases, and converting leads into sales. Customer Interaction: Gaining customer information, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions or services. Documentation & Follow-up: Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, creating databases, and following up with leads or existing clients. Target Achievement: Meeting specific daily, weekly, or monthly sales or performance targets set by the management. Product Knowledge: Staying updated on the company's products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information. Key Skills & QualificationsCommunication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential.
