WordPress, SEO& Digital Marketing Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Chennai, for an SEO, WordPress & Digital Marketing Executive. The role involves managing and optimizing SEO efforts, performing keyword research, on-page optimization, conducting SEO audits, developing link-building strategies, analyzing web performance metrics, and maintaining WordPress websites. Driving digital marketing campaigns and analyzing their success will also be part of the responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and update our WordPress website — content updates, plugin updates, image uploads, and basic troubleshooting
• Assist in on-page SEO — meta tags, alt text, keyword placement, and internal linking
• Help manage our Google Business Profile and social media pages
• Monitor basic website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
• Publish blog posts and landing pages as directed by the team
• Coordinate with vendors or designers for minor website changes

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing and maintaining WordPress websites, including customization and troubleshooting. You will not be making new websites.
• Proficient in Keyword Research, On-Page SEO, and conducting SEO Audits.
• Skilled in Link Building techniques and strategies to enhance domain authority and search rankings.
• Experience with Web Analytics tools to track and optimize website performance and traffic.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends, analytics, and tools to execute successful marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software is an advantage.
