Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative
WordPress Developer for a full-time, on-site role at our office in
Noida Sector 2 (Delhi NCR).
The ideal candidate is not just a developer but a problem-solver with a super-focused mindset, creativity, and speed. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performing WordPress websites, handling both front-end and back-end development, ensuring responsive design, and delivering seamless web experiences.
You will work closely with our design, content, and strategy teams to implement new features, optimize functionality, and keep our websites innovative and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Manage both front-end and back-end development with clean, optimized code.
- Ensure websites are fully responsive, user-friendly, and high-performing.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver seamless web experiences.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues quickly.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in WordPress, PHP, and Laravel technologies.
- Work on performance optimization, security, and scalability of web platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in WordPress development (themes, plugins, customization).
- Strong knowledge of PHP & Laravel framework.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery).
- Experience in responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Knowledge/experience in digital marketing and SEO is a plus.
