Overview
We are hiring a WordPress Developer to build a scalable, high-performance website based on an existing layout reference. This is not a basic website build—we require dynamic templates and structured architecture to support multi-location and service pages.
Key Responsibilities
- Build website using WordPress (custom theme or highly customized setup)
- Replicate layout from reference site (with new content and branding)
- Develop dynamic page system for services and locations
- Implement reusable templates (no manual page duplication)
- Optimize for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO
- Set up basic integrations (forms, tracking, analytics)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in web development.
- Must be available to work shifts aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
- Applicants who are currently employed will automatically be disqualified.
- This is a full-time remote position, requiring a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong experience with WordPress development
- Experience with:
- Custom Post Types (CPT)
- Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) or similar
- Dynamic templates / scalable page structures
- Understanding of performance optimization and responsive design
- Ability to build scalable systems (50–100+ pages)
