Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive WordPress and Shopify websites for clients.
- Customize themes and plugins (WordPress) or apps and templates (Shopify) as per client requirements.
- Optimize website performance including speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, CRM platforms, and eCommerce solutions.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to ensure smooth project execution.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform site migrations, and ensure regular backups.
- Ensure all websites are secure, updated, and aligned with industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in WordPress CMS, Shopify, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Strong understanding of Elementor, WPBakery, and other popular page builders.
- Experience with theme and plugin (WordPress) or app and theme (Shopify) development/customization.
- Solid knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of cPanel, hosting environments, and domain setup.
Good to Have:
- Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify Plus, and other eCommerce platforms.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Prior experience working in a digital agency or fast-paced client environment.
