Experience :

Experience in Windows, Clusters, AD, Vmware/Hyper-V and Azure / GCP

Mandatory Skills :

1.Active Directory Management (OU/GPO/Forest and domain)

2. Windows server installation and configuration.

3.Windows os upgrades ( Hyper-v, ADC)

4.Windows Failover cluster deployment, management and troubleshooting.

5.VMware/Hyper-V deployment and management.

6.VM creation, deletion, snapshot, clone, migration.

7.File server and share permission.

8.Patch installation and troubleshooting.

9.Antivirus installation and exception management.

10.Change management/Incident management.

11.Working experience on cloud.(Azure/GCP)

12.Monitoring alerts & different KPI and provide L1 observations.

13.Server Hardware replacement activities

Preferred Skills:

1.Active directory 2+ years or 1000+ users hand-on experience.

2.Server Hardware at least 200+ servers management and basic knowledge on SAN & NAS Storage system.

3.Good understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies and Infrastructure management operations

4.Experience on virtualization technology (VMware/Hyper-V) minimum 50+ virtual machines.

5.Ticket tools & monitoring tools experience.

6.Good understanding of SLA management and escalation matrix.

7. Good understanding of GCVE environment.

Desired Certifications : Azure Certification / MCSE certified / VM Ware Certified
