3 to 4 years of experience in managing and supporting Windows end points, server administration, configuration, and upgradation.
- Experience in O365 application, windows OS ,software installation, outlook and server troubleshooting.
- Experience in datacenter management & Endpoint security management.
- Knowledge in active directory, DNS , DHCP, file server & Virtualization technologies.
- Ability to handle major incident and troubleshooting in windows domain.
- Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes, like, SLA, Change/Release Management. Experience in using ticketing tools such as service now, remedy will be an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
