Education: Post-Graduate: Finance, MBA, or CA.

Work Experience: 12 – 15 years.

General description of role/ duties

Wholesale Credit Policy

· Managing the Bank's Credit Risk Policies.

· Draft / Prepare and maintain the various policies of the Bank in accordance with RBI guidelines and best practices in Risk Management.

· Devise various frameworks based on Policy / RBI guidelines.

· Prepare and Maintain CAM's and Financial Spreads for Credit Underwriting

· Conducting Sectoral reviews and managing and monitoring sectoral limits

· Dashboards, Reports for the Top Management, Board, Risk Committees

· Keep abreast with regulatory guidelines and prepare analysis of the same for the Senior/Top Management as required.

Functional Skills

· Strong proficiency in Excel, Word & Power-point.

· Strong understanding on Corporate Credit, Underwriting.

· Should have experience towards working in credit underwriting, credit risk management, risk monitoring, credit policies.

· Knowledge of major Risk Management Guidelines (Master circulars on Credit, Risk Management by RBI),

· Hands-on experience in working on credit proposals, policy drafting, Credit risk reviews.

Non-Functional Skills

· Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills.

· Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

· Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; ability to work effectively with top and senior management, risk, and business units.
